Rahnea Sunseri
Dr. Sunseri is a board-certified internist with more than 35 years of experience in primary care clinical medicine in diverse patient populations, practice settings and practice models. She received her bachelor of science in biochemistry in 1972 and her doctorate of medicine from the UC Davis School of Medicine in 1976. Her medical internship and residency were completed at San Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton, CA.
More recently, Dr. Sunseri was an internal medicine physician for Dominican/Dignity Health, a corporate medical group, in Santa Cruz, California. She finds direct patient care both enriching and rewarding, and looks forward to volunteering in the future. She is passionate about teaching medicine and has given presentations at internal medicine and Grand Round conferences, as well as Café Scientifique.
Dr. Sunseri would like to share her experience and coach clinicians in compassionate caring, expert patient care, and satisfying clinical relationships with patients and colleagues.
