21st Annual Safe Trick or Treat

Safe Trick or Treat at the University of the Pacific has served the Stockton community for 21 years. The event provides local families and their children the opportunity to safely trick-or-treat throughout campus. The event also features a carnival with various booths hosted by student organizations, campus departments and vendors.

Traffic advisory: 

More than 5,000 local children and family members are expected to trick-or-treat throughout campus. Members of the Pacific community will hand out candy to children as they visit various locations on campus, followed by a carnival on the Knoles and DeRosa University Center lawns. Information booths will be located at Burns Tower and the Atchley Clock Tower.

Stagg Way will be closed to inbound traffic at 4 p.m. and will re-open when the event has concluded. Public Safety will also be prepared to close Knoles Way to inbound traffic as needed to provide for the anticipated crowds in the area of Knoles Lawn and the DeRosa Center.

Please note if you are working or visiting the campus during the hours of the event, traffic on both the central and south campus areas will be heavily impacted with pedestrians and vehicles. Please plan for the anticipated congestion.
