University of the Pacific's annual Women's History Month celebration involves a number of activities that celebrate women’s contributions to history, culture, and society.

Women's History Month Kickoff
Women's Rec Night

March 3, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Baun Fitness Center

Kick off Women’s History Month with Women’s Rec Night, a high-energy collaboration between Pacific Recreation and the Center for Identity and Inclusion celebrating wellness, empowerment, and connection.

For two hours, the fitness center will be exclusively open to women, women-identifying, and nonbinary students, staff, and faculty. No membership required! Participants can connect with a personal trainer, try Tiger-X classes, climb the rock wall, and compete in the wall-sit challenge for prizes. The first 50 attendees will receive free wellness goodie bags! 

All are welcome to peruse the wellness fair featuring women-owned vendors, campus and community resources, and allyship conversations led by The Brotherhood Exchange.

Breaking Barriers, Panel Dinner

March 16, 2026, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., doors open at 5:30 p.m., Center for Identity and Inclusion Main Lounge

Join the Center for Identity and Inclusion for a special evening celebrating and elevating Pacific Women leaders in STEAM through candid conversation, storytelling, and community building. Featured panelists include Dr. Fernanda Oda, Dr. Tanisha Sparks, Dr. Shelly Gulati, Dr. Susan Giraldez, and Adreanna Rodriguez. Students will have the opportunity to engage with leaders, ask questions, and gain insight into pathways for growth and advancement in STEAM. RSVP is required: Breaking Barriers RSVP Form

Game-Her: Level Up!

March 19, 2026, 5 p.m. - 7p.m. at the Pacific Gaming Center, William Knox Holt Memorial Library

Hosted by the Center for Identity and Inclusion in collaboration with the Pacific Gaming Center, this game night brings women, women-identifying, and nonbinary students together through play and community. Participants of all experience levels are invited to explore a variety of games in a welcoming, supportive space. Whether you’re a seasoned gamer or picking up a controller for the first time, you’ll have the chance to try something new and build confidence. Join us for an evening of friendly competition, connection, and fun as we level up together!

Nutrition Mission: Girl Dinner

March 24, 2026, Noon to 1:30 p.m. at Calveras Kitchen Co-Op, Calaveras Hall

Create your own "girl dinner" by building a charcuterie board featuring organic vegetables, herbs, and fruit grown at the Ted and Chris Robb Garden on campus! Hosted by Sustainability and the Center for Identity and Inclusion.
