You’re one step closer to making Pacific your home
At Pacific, we do our best to ensure you find a living community and space that you feel comfortable in. Our online process for housing assignment selection lets you identify if there is a residential learning community that would meet your needs, like the Health & Well-Being community or the International House, and figure out what kind of room would work best for you. Most importantly, you'll be able to identify characteristics of your potential roommate, so we can do our best to create an optimal roommate situation for you.
"My favorite experience as a resident is when I went with my club, The Pacific Christian Fellowship, to Santa Cruz for the day. Living on campus is really convenient for me because I'm always close by to help out with events and get involved in various activities. It's really easy for me to understand what's going on at Pacific." - Anthony, English, Class of 2022
Things to remember for 2021-2022 housing selection
- We're here to help. We know this process might be overwhelming for you, and we are committed to answering your questions, calming nerves, and doing our best to ensure your housing selection process is a breeze. If you have questions, contact us at email@example.com or 209.946.2331.
- You'll be paired with students in a similar situation as you. First-year students live with first-year students, second-years with second-years, and so on. You can find comfort in knowing that you'll be surrounded by peers having a similar experience as you. We are always in this together.
- You have the opportunity to join a residential learning community. We offer our first-year students three learning communities to help you connect with other students with similar interests.
- We want you to like your roommate. It's incredibly important to you and to us that you have a positive roommate experience. We do our best to match you with someone based on characteristics you disclose and identify on your housing application, and when you're living together in the residence halls, we provide support and encouragement for healthy roommate relationships.
As we look to the future and begin implementing plans for the 2021-2022 academic year, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and implement all appropriate safety measures in compliance with the San Joaquin County Health guidelines.
