Southwest Hall brings modern student living with the same historic look to campus. This state-of-the-art residence hall replaces the former Southwest Hall and houses approximately 400 second-year students on three floors. This 15,682-square-foot training and rehabilitation center advances health and wellness for Pacific's 400 Division I student-athletes. The facility will serve as a hands-on clinical training ground for Master of Science in Athletic Training students, who will work alongside licensed professionals. Funded entirely by donations, this $11 million investment elevates Pacific's commitment to student-athlete care and experiential learning.

Named for Regent and School of Pharmacy alumna Jie Du '90, '93, the Jie Du Inn transforms a former sorority house into boutique lodging for campus visitors. This $7 million project—funded entirely by donations—features 19 private rooms and suites with space for events and gatherings. The facility creates immersive learning opportunities for hospitality management students, who will gain hands-on experience through internships in the working campus inn.
