Pacific to conduct university-wide compensation system review

University of the Pacific is committed to providing a positive work environment which includes an equitable and fair compensation system for all employees.

President Eibeck has directed the university to conduct a comprehensive compensation analysis to better understand the role gender and race may play within the university's compensation system for both faculty and staff. This analysis will assist to better inform future compensation decisions and correct deficiencies. 

It is anticipated the analysis will be completed this summer.
