If you’ve ever felt pressure to act before fully understanding the problem, this conversation is for you. You’ll be introduced to the Cynefin framework—a powerful tool to slow down and avoid simple cause-and-effect thinking to better identify, understand and navigate different types of complex challenges. Our MA in Leadership students will share real-world examples working with a youth sports nonprofit to illustrate that in complex systems, how you think matters more than how fast you act.

We understand that acquiring new skills can promote opportunities for professional success. Moving forward, we will offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for participation in the Changemakers sessions!
CEUs are not applicable toward a degree at Pacific, but can be accepted at the discretion of your organization or institution for recertification, salary advancement, or professional development requirements. Individuals seeking units for those purposes are advised to check with the appropriate agencies for approval.
