Cultivating Emotional Intelligence in the Classroom

Thursday, June 12th | 4-5 p.m.

Designed for educators at all levels and aspiring education leaders, this session will explore the power of emotional intelligence (EQ) to enhance student engagement, build stronger classroom communities, and support educator well-being. Participants will gain practical strategies rooted in current research for leading with empathy, resilience, and impact.

Flipped Classrooms

Friday, June 27th | 12-1 p.m.

Dive into the world of Flipped Learning: where students explore new content at home, then engage in deeper, interactive learning activities in the classroom. We’ll discuss the benefits and challenges of this strategy, and provide practical tips for designing a flipped learning environment - including using educational technology tools like Edpuzzle to create interactive video lessons that can transform your teaching.
