Flipped Classrooms

Explore the world of flipped learning, where students learn the basics at home and use class time for hands-on, collaborative learning. In this session, we'll use the educational technology tool Edpuzzle to create interactive video lessons that promote student engagement, self-paced learning, and a deeper understanding of content. We'll dive into the benefits and challenges of implementing this strategy, as well as practical insights to help transform your teaching.

Finding Balance in the Many Hats We Wear

In this session, Paola Munguia Nava will share her experience as a graduate student, full-time employee, and mother of three, offering practical insights on how to manage multiple roles while keeping stress low. Join Paola to explore time management tools, stress-reduction techniques, and ways to build supportive systems at home, work, and school.
