Masters Programs

Both programs conduct online classes during weekday evenings and meet in-person approximately one weekend (Friday evening & Saturday) per month. 

 

OLE
MA in Leadership, Organizational Learning and Effectiveness 

The Master of Arts in Leadership, Organizational Learning and Effectiveness is a 23-month program taught online with three on-campus residency experiences at Pacific’s Sacramento Campus.  Utilizing principles of design thinking, the program helps develop leaders who can successfully make organizational changes that keep people at the center. 

MA in Leadership, Leading for Social Impact

The Master of Arts in Leadership, Leading for Social Impact is a 26-month program taught online with two on-campus residencies and one international residency experience. The program will develop skills and perspectives to enact ethical and sustainable change in one's community, organization or beyond. The curriculum is hands-on, incorporating real-life application to social impact initiatives.

Transformative Action in Education, EdD.
Transformative Action in Education, EdD.

The Doctor of Education, Transformative Action in Education is a unique program designed for educational practitioners interested in the study and practice of transformative leadership. This part-time, hybrid program focuses on critical self-examination, allowing students to step outside our current system in order to disrupt and rebuild the educational structures that currently exist.  

Leadership and Innovation, EdD.

The Doctor of Education, Leadership and Innovation focuses on fostering innovation and creativity in leaders in K12 education, higher education, non-profit and advocacy organizations, government, the military, and corporations. The Sacramento-based part-time, hybrid program is focused on inquiry and practice for learning, leadership, and change.
