Assemblymember Stefani is a proud McGeorge alum who has built a reputation as a legislator willing to tackle California’s complex policy issues in innovative and thoughtful ways. She is a former prosecutor and lifelong policy advocate working to address gun violence, domestic violence, human trafficking, mental health policy, and environmental issues. Assemblymember Stefani is Co-Chair of the Legislative Ethics Committee and serves on the Elections, Health, Judiciary, and Budget Committees. She is also a member of the Assembly Domestic Violence, Reproductive Health, and Child Care Costs Select Committees.The event is co-sponsored by the Capital Center for Law & Policy, Capital Lawyering Association for Students, and Women's Caucus.The event will feature a moderated conversation with time for Q&A followed by a hosted reception.
