Join the Capital Center for Law & Policy for our 2026 Legislative Leaders Speaker Series featuring a conversation with Assemblymember Catherine Stefani '95. Assemblymember Stefani is a proud McGeorge alum who has built a reputation as a legislator willing to tackle California’s complex policy issues in innovative and thoughtful ways. She is a former prosecutor and lifelong policy advocate working to address gun violence, domestic violence, human trafficking, mental health policy, and environmental issues. Assemblymember Stefani is Co-Chair of the Legislative Ethics Committee and serves on the Elections, Health, Judiciary, and Budget Committees. She is also a member of the Assembly Domestic Violence, Reproductive Health, and Child Care Costs Select Committees.
