The Department of Health & Exercise Sciences, in partnership with Exercise is Medicine (EIM), invites you to participate in 5 Steps to Fitness on October 7th from 12–1pm in the Health & Exercise Science Building. This interactive event is designed to give students, faculty, and staff a chance to learn more about their overall health through five simple, hands-on fitness assessments.
Participants will rotate through five stations:
- Test your muscle strength
- Check your aerobic fitness
- Learn about your body composition
- Measure your flexibility
- Check your blood pressure
Whether you’re looking for a baseline of your health, preparing for personal fitness goals, or simply curious to learn more about your body, this event is a great opportunity to get personalized feedback in a supportive and engaging environment.
