Through personal stories and practical insights from a Filipina professor, attendees will explore common barriers to voice and representation, examine how stereotypes and silence show up in higher education and learn strategies for navigating conflict in ways that honor cultural authenticity. Dr. Laura Aguada-Hallberg is Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Associate Professor at Benerd College.
