Pacific's RN to MSN program is your fast-track to unlocking a higher earning potential, greater career flexibility, and consideration for leadership roles within the nursing industry.
Students with an RN license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree can complete the MSN program in just 30 units over 16-20 months.
Students with an RN license and any other (non-BSN) undergraduate degree can complete the MSN program in 41 units over five trimesters.
Our program focuses on quality improvement, teaching, and leadership. We work with clinical partners in the region to provide immersive teaching experiences as well as employment opportunities upon graduation. Throughout the program, you will have the resources and support of a large university, with the intimate connection to faculty and other students of a smaller university - the hallmark of a Pacific education.
