What: University of the Pacific invites the community to an early trick or treating celebration. More than 5,000 children and family members are expected to attend Pacific Trick or Treat.

Student organizations and university departments will have booths set up with candy and games. Costumes are encouraged.

Due to the high number of people expected on campus, visitors should plan ahead to avoid parking and traffic delays. Parking lots 27 and 36 (Dave Brubeck Way and Stagg Way) will be staff and faculty parking only from 4 to 8 p.m.

Pacific has hosted a trick or treating event for more than two decades. See photos from last year’s festivities.

When: Wednesday, Oct. 29 from 5 to 7 p.m.
