Therapy Assistance Online (TAO) Connect now available to Pacific community

In order to better meet the mental health and wellness needs of our university community, University of the Pacific has partnered with the online behavioral health therapy platform, TAO (Therapy Assistance Online) Connect.

Through TAO Connect, students now have free access to stress management strategies, problem-solving tools and mindfulness skills that will allow them to develop more helpful thinking patterns on their own schedule. This service, funded by the Thriving Tigers SIF Proposal, is completely confidential and is also available to faculty and staff.

This service complements additional services already available to students through Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and for faculty and staff through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

As we approach the end of the semester and the holiday season, please share this resource with your students: TAO Connect.
