University of the Pacific to hold free community hearing screening

What: University of the Pacific’s Hearing and Balance Center is partnering with Lodi Sunrise Rotary Club to provide free hearing screenings for the community.

Screenings are provided by students from Pacific’s Doctor of Audiology program and clinical faculty. 

Individuals and families will have the opportunity to receive free hearing screenings and consultations regarding follow-up tests and recommendations for managing hearing loss.

More than 170 people were screened at the inaugural event in 2024. Seven of those screened received free state-of-the-art hearing aids at a later date due to the severity of their hearing loss. Read about the life-changing impact to patients.

The event is open to adults and children five and older. Reservations are recommended and can be made online.

When: Saturday, March 15 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Chan Family Health Sciences Learning Center
