Join the Black Law Students Associations of McGeorge School of Law, UC Davis King Hall and Lincoln Law School, along with co-sponsor Career Services Office, for Bridging the Bench & Bar, a candid conversation with judges from the Sacramento legal community. Panelists will share their experiences in the legal profession, discuss their career paths, offer advice for law students entering practice and speak about mentorship, professionalism, navigating the legal field and lessons they have learned throughout their careers. The conversation will explore mentorship, professionalism, representation in the legal field, building community and navigating spaces where Black law students, attorneys and judges have historically been underrepresented.
