Dr. Chindarkarova, a University of the Pacific Department of Chemistry alumna, will share her journey to becoming a clinical chemist. About the Speaker

Barbora Chindarkarova, PhD, DABCC is a Clinical Chemistry Director with expertise in high-complexity diagnostic laboratories, regulatory compliance, quality management and laboratory operations. Her specialization includes LC-MS/MS applications in clinical chemistry and toxicology, with extensive experience in assay development, validation and implementation. She has held scientific and leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, Ascend Clinical and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Dr. Chindarkarova earned her PhD in Chemistry from the University of the Pacific and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Chemistry (DABCC), a California-licensed Clinical Chemist Scientist and a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
