Senior Smiles and Wellness Health Fair

The Senior Smiles and Wellness Health Fair is held annually at the San Francisco campus, bringing together students from various academic programs to serve the community. The event features free health screenings and educational opportunities for local senior citizens. With a heart for serving our communities, Dr. Preeti Oza attended the event with several DPT students from the Class of 2026 who provide fall risk assessments and education. Each year, three to 15 PT students volunteer at Senior Smiles. This event offers a meaningful experience for students and the SF senior community by raising awareness about health screenings, fall prevention, and overall senior wellness.
