The Pacific Opera Theatre is the resident student opera ensemble at University of the Pacific. The program boasts a long history of successfully training singers for the professional arena. The ensemble is open to all Pacific students by audition.

Curriculum Highlight
Michael Chekhov Technique
Dedicated to the training of strong singer-actors, the curriculum of Pacific Opera Theatre program includes an intensive acting course sequence focusing on the Michael Chekhov technique taught by Professor James Haffner.
