Pacific Technology offers a new Helpdesk for Stockton students, faculty and staff

As of Jan. 29, Pacific Technology now offers walk-in Helpdesk support at the front desk in the William Knox Holt Memorial Library. The Helpdesk support hours are Monday - Thursday, 2:30 - 6:30 p.m. and Friday 2:30 - 6:00 p.m. 

Technology specialists can assist with: 

  • Computer virus remediation
  • Password resets
  • Account lockouts and more

For your convenience the current Helpdesk, located in the Common Room in the quad area south of Raymond Great Hall, will continue to operate Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

This new service is one of many new services coming to the University's main library to enhance services for faculty and staff and support student success.
