How do I maintain my F-1/J-1 visa status?
Stay full-time, make academic progress, and keep your documents current. Contact us before making changes.
What employment options do I have?
Work on-campus (up to 20 hrs/wk), or apply for CPT/OPT. Speak with an advisor.
How can I get a Social Security Number?
You need a job offer or approved CPT/OPT. SSNs are only for employment purposes.
How do I access health services and insurance?
Campus health and counseling services are included in your mandatory insurance.
