Live on campus
Take full advantage of community life. Being a only few steps from home makes it simpler to stay up late studying with friends; cheer on the Pacific Tigers; grab coffee between classes; participate in club meetings and volunteer opportunities; seek ; head to the gym or the courts; and attend Conservatory performances, film screenings, festivals and other events.
Simplify the requirements of daily life. In addition to the physical proximity of housing and dining venues to classrooms and athletic and entertainment venues, you can easily access medical or mental health care. You only need to make one payment for housing, internet, utilities, maintenance, furnishings and laundry. Transportation options put shopping and off-campus expeditions into easy reach. Dedicated on-campus security and key carded buildings provide safety for you and your belongings.
Arrange your life the way you like. Nine and twelve-month housing contracts are now available and newly-adjusted meal plan requirements allow students more flexibility. Single rooms are now available on a first-come, first-served basis for all students. Residence hall space is also being made available for specialized communities including students with pets, religious and spiritual life communities and others.
