Townhouse Apartments are two-story units located on the corner of Pershing Avenue and Brookside Road near Calaveras Hall. Amenities in the complex include a pool and fire-pit as well as laundry facilities. Third and fourth-year undergraduate students as well as graduate and professional students may select housing in the Townhouse Apartment complex.
