With the exception of Ritter House (1st and 2nd floor only), the Quads are co-ed buildings with single-gender floors and bathrooms. Laundry rooms are located in the basement of each community and study lounge areas are located on the first floor.

Gender Inclusive Housing

Ritter House (1st and 2nd floor only)

Ritter House (1st and 2nd floor only) offers gender-inclusive housing and restrooms for all students. Students can choose to live with any roommates regardless of gender and can select from a single or double on the first 2 floors.

Residential Living Community

Honors Community

Located in John Ballantyne. This community serves first-year students who were invited and accepted in Pacific's Honors Program. This community also includes offices for the Honors Program professional staff.
