Specialty Communities

The Quads are a group of 10 small traditional dorm-style buildings located near College of the Pacific, Baun Fitness Center, South Campus and the athletic facilities: Carter House, Casa Jackson, Casa Werner, Eiselen House, Farley House, Jessie Ballantyne, John Ballantyne, Price House, Ritter House and Wymess House. Each building can house between 60 and 100 students; common areas include study and social lounges and laundry facilities.

Themed housing and living-learning communities located here may include (but are not limited to) honors communities, pet-friendly housing and religious/spiritual life communities. Additionally, students may select regular or super-single spaces in the Quads while they are available. Housing in the Quads is open to all students.

Living Learning Community
Honors Community

Located in John Ballantyne, this community serves first-year students who were invited and accepted into Pacific's Honors Program. This community also includes offices for the Honors Program professional staff.

GENDER INCLUSIVE HOUSING
Ritter House

Ritter House (1st and 2nd floor only) offers gender-inclusive housing and restrooms for all students. Students can choose to live with any roommates regardless of gender and can select from a single or double on the first two floors.
