Through our Living Learning Communities and specialty housing opportunities, students can find an environment that fits their needs and interests. 

Housing Guarantee

On-campus living is essential to the Pacific experience. To support the university's commitment to student success and community building, we guarantee housing for all four years with a 2-year requirement for all undergraduate students. We can't wait for you to join the Pacific community!

GRACE COVELL HALL
First Year Community

Grace Covell Hall is the largest resident hall on campus, recently renovated with spacious double rooms, making it a vibrant home for first-year students. It offers a built-in community where students can meet others, form friendships and get involved. Located near the DeRosa University Center and McCaffrey Center, it places residents close to campus events.  

SOUTHWEST HALL
Second Year Community

Southwest Hall welcomes a new generation of students in Fall 2026 with a fully reimagined living experience designed for the second-year community. Building on the first-year experience, Southwest is an elevated residence hall in the center of campus. Located near the library and campus dining, and one of only a few residence halls with its own courtyard, it offers a modern space to gather, relax and connect.

Specialty Communities

Beyond class-year housing, Pacific’s specialty communities offer students the opportunity to choose a living environment that reflects their interests, identities and lifestyle. From themed communities to flexible housing options, these spaces are designed to support connection, belonging and a more personalized campus experience.

SPECIALTY COMMUNITIES
The Quad Communities

The Quads include 10 multi-story residential buildings with flexible single and double occupancy options. Located near the DeRosa University Center, Baun Fitness Center and classrooms, they offer a connected campus neighborhood experience. Designed to support a variety of living preferences, the Quads feature gender-inclusive and pet-friendly housing, along with the option to request a single occupancy room over having a roommate.

MILITARY/VETERAN HOUSING
Manor Hall

Manor Hall is a newly renovated, two-story apartment-style community created for veteran and military-affiliated students. Located directly across from Burns Tower, it features garden-style access and a supportive environment that encourages independent living. Adjacent to the Military and Veterans Center, Manor Hall connects residents with dedicated resources and a strong network of support. 

SPECIALTIY COMMUNITIES
Greek Housing

Fraternity and sorority housing at Pacific offers members the opportunity to live in a close-knit community while learning, growing and leading together. The chapters currently residing in on-campus housing include Alpha Phi, Beta Theta Pi, Sigma Chi and Theta Chi.
