Program overview
Leadership for systems in transition

Transformational leadership requires more than technical expertise or conventional management tools. It calls for leaders who can navigate conflict, political division, historical harm, and the complex human dynamics that shape communities and organizations.

The Nature-Based Leadership Certification prepares participants to facilitate social and transformational change through a holistic, practice-centered approach. Grounded in a nature-based framework for transformation, the program explores the relationships among identity, land, resources, history, interpersonal communication, healing, and leadership.

Participants will examine how healthy human relationships support broader sustainability. Through conceptual learning, live online classrooms, experiential education, and cohort practice, they will build capacities that can be applied immediately in their workplaces, communities, and professional relationships.
