Thank you for your interest in exploring involvement opportunities with the Pacific Alumni Association! There are many ways to connect with the University, whether you live near campus or across the globe. Choose a way to get involved that means the most to you!

Become a volunteer with one of our established Alumni Clubs and help strengthen the Pacific community in your area. Club volunteers help to: plan social and career networking events, holiday parties, outdoor adventures, community service projects and more. Opportunities can accommodate your busy schedule, so even if you are short on time there is a way for you to get involved that will have a big impact. Want to know more? Email PacificAlumni@Pacific.edu.

Provide a critical alumni presence where admission professionals may not otherwise be visible: at college fairs, responding to prospective applicant/parent inquiries and contacting admitted students in your communities. Take part in shaping Pacific's future!

As an alumnus, you have experienced University of the Pacific on an intimate level. Everyone has a story to tell about their years at Pacific and how their experience prepared them for life after graduation. Admitted students and families love to hear these stories straight from the source, and may be more comfortable asking you (as alumni) a question about the Pacific experience versus hearing from somebody on the Admission Office staff. By contacting an admitted student(s) via phone, you are helping the Admission Office staff engage admitted students and encouraging them to accept their offer of admission to University of the Pacific. Most importantly, you are spreading the good word about Pacific and letting students know that the Pacific experience changes lives.

We certainly could not contact as many students without the help of alumni volunteers! If you are interested in learning more about becoming an admissions caller, there are only three things left to do:

  • Please send us an email at PacificAlumni@pacific.edu and include the following information:
    • Your name, class year, college, current city/state, and high school.
  • Watch a recording of the training session
  • Sit back and feel good about your hard work in helping University of the Pacific recruit another great class!

Join fellow classmates to help the Alumni Association plan a memorable reunion celebration. From assisting with plans for class events to reaching out to your classmates and encouraging them to attend, there are a variety of tasks you can do. Get more details by emailing PacificAlumni@Pacific.edu.

Pacific students need alumni mentors. As a mentor, you can share your talents, skills and experiences to help Pacific students enhance their time at the university, while showing them the path to success. Opportunities range from a single evening, to online mentoring through the Tiger-to-Tiger app, to hiring Pacific graduates. Let us connect you, by emailing us at PacificAlumni@Pacific.edu.

There are varying levels of leadership to fit your availability, from a 3-year commitment to the Pacific Alumni Association Board of Directors to opportunities within your school or college, as well as on our regional steering committees. Find out more by emailing PacificAlumni@Pacific.edu.

Leave your legacy by supporting student scholarships or other areas by making a gift to Pacific.
