Education

B.A. Skidmore College, New York (Psychology)

M.A. California School of Professional Psychology, San Francisco (Clinical Psychology)

Ph.D. California School of Professional Psychology, San Francisco (Clinical Psychology)

Anna has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) in San Francisco. She worked with college and graduate students on Pacific's Stockton campus in 2018-2019, and currently works on the San Francisco campus. Before coming to University of the Pacific, Anna worked in a variety of clinical settings in the San Francisco Bay Area, including a residential substance abuse treatment facility and community mental health centers. She has experience providing short- and longer-term individual, couple, and group psychotherapy as well as mental health consultation.

Anna's approach to therapy is strengths-based and flexible, incorporating a Humanistic foundation and Multicultural focus with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques. Her areas of clinical interest include Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), trauma, and couples therapy. Her undergraduate and graduate research projects focused on body image and eating disorders.
